A very professional and friendly service. From the beginning communication was excellent with balanced and reasonable estimate provided. Scheduling was very easy.
Darren turned up on time and then efficiently went about his work, whilst also being a good teacher to his less experienced colleague who I presume is his apprentice.
We had 2 lights fitted and some fault finding was carried out and repaired on the circuit used by the oven (which kept tripping the RCD). All that we needed was a replacement socket, which was pleasing as someone else said we needed a new consumer unit.
At the points we needed to make decisions on the job, the explanation of our options was very clear. There was no attempt to over complicate things, instead clear language was used making it easy to the “layman’ too understand.
The cost was reasonable but the assurance of a good quality job made it excellent value for money. We will be using them again in the near future.
