Darren came highly recommended by a friend when I urgently needed some electrical work checked and fixed for safety. I was really impressed by how professional he was from start to finish - he communicated clearly, was transparent about availability and pricing, and arrived exactly when he said he would.
What stood out most was his honesty (a rarity these days): he explained what genuinely needed changing and what didn’t, knew his craft inside out, and was consistently courteous. He completed the work efficiently and to a high standard.
